Today was our first cooking club using the new equipment. We made spring rolls. We had to cut up all the amazing vegetables to go in our spring rolls, then we wrapped them in filo pastry. While they were cooking, we all washed up and made sure the kitchen was spotless!!
This week, we made pizza. We had to roll out the dough (they were all different sizes), prepare the toppings (cutting the pepper was easy after last week) and then choose the toppings for our pizza. Again, as they cooked we washed up and cleaned the kitchen- we even tried cleaning standing on one leg!
